Checking your list before entering the gate.

  1. Has the vehicles been filed?

    Only the vehicles have been filed are allowed to enter the operating area of NICT. If it’s the first time for the vehicle to come our company, please go to Safety and Environmental Protection Department for a temporary or long-term record.

  2. Has the driver been filed?

    Those who enter the operating area of NICT must accept our safety supervision. The driver and his vehicle must belong to the same company, prohibiting cross-company operations. If you are the first time to our company, please go to Safety and Environmental Protection Department to have your identity filed.

  3. Has the QR code been printed?

    When handling documents you get “container operation ticket” (one dimensional code), but you need to bind the operation information with vehicles and print “In/Out Gate Operation Ticket” (QR code). Currently, you need to go to the business hall to bind the card but you can finish it by self-service machine in the future.

  4. Has the IC card been ready?

    IC card is a must before entering the gate. If you lose your IC card, please provide your identification and give it to the staff who will help you finish the authentication.

Operating instruction of in/out gate

If you need to return containers, please finish inspection work first. Automatic gate service is provided and please have your “In/Out Gate OperationTicket” printed and identity testified by following the onscreen prompts. If there is an error notice, please ask office for help. If you print the ticket successfully, please enter.

Warm tips: please keep the “In/Out Gate Operation Ticket”, because you will need it when exiting the gate.
